I describe myself as a curious questioner, an extreme learner, and a progressive disruptor. I am passionate about the topics of learning, leadership, development, coaching, and communication.

In my professional life, I currently lead the Global Leadership Development team for a global commercial furniture manufacturer. I hold a Professional Certified Coach credential (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with over 2500 hours of coaching experience. My area of coaching specialty is working with leaders who are ready for transformative change to accelerate their leadership effectiveness. My approach centers around deep self-exploration to gain insights and self-awareness that moves a leader forward in their growth and development.

In the last 6 years, I have focused much of my work around the neuroscience of quality conversations, growth mindset, psychological safety, and building a culture of coaching. I initiated and launched a coaching program for leaders which won a gold award from Chief Learning Officer magazine and a bronze award from Brandon Hall Consulting. I also spearheaded an internal coach credentialing program which developed a cadre of over 60 internal coaches who volunteer their time back into the organization and their communities as peer coaches. I serve as an advisory board member for the Academy of Brain-based Leadership and also host a leadership podcast, Leadership by Design.

I hold Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration and Accounting and a Masters in Education from the University of New Orleans and most recently completed a Masters Degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development through Louisiana State University where I have also served on the faculty of their Executive Education program.

Personally, I live in New Orleans, LA with my husband and children where you can usually find me sipping on an iced coffee while relaxing with a good book, listening to a podcast, or doing something creative.
